This past Saturday, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the clubhouse. A good number of residents attended to talk about important issues facing the complex.

The meeting started with a brief summary from the board chairman, who pointed out some of the association's accomplishments over the past year.

The Raintree HOA Landscapings Project Update

Residents of Raintree, we're excited to provide/sharing/giving you an update on the much-anticipated landscaping project! We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.

The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.

We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction. We are working hard to minimize/reduce/limit any impact on residents and will keep/are keeping/continue to keep you updated on our progress/throughout the project/every step of the way.
